Challenge
Create an intuitive, inclusive, and accessible job search platform that would empower users to find employment more quickly. The platform needed to respect and acknowledge Australia's diverse cultural heritage, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, while providing a seamless user experience across various demographics.
Goal
To design and build an Angular 13 application from scratch that effectively guides users through the job search process, offering the right tools and resources to enhance their employment prospects.
Result
Successfully delivered a user-friendly platform within a year, allowing users to efficiently search for jobs, access resources, and receive personalized guidance. The application was well-received for its inclusivity and ease of use, significantly improving job placement rates among its users.
